About SearchRight

What we do

We help job-seekers find employment quickly by providing one-on-one services that are affordable, convenient and proven. We specialize in helping people who don’t know how or where to start, people affected by a layoff or termination, graduates entering the workforce and people returning to work after years of absence.

We respect the financial circumstances of job-seekers and offer innovative and flexible plans specifically designed for people with limited cash flow during a job search.

How we started

For job-seekers, many of the resources you encounter are cumbersome and time-consuming. When you need or want to find a job, you want to find it quickly. You don’t have time to read three or four books the size of novels telling you what you need to do. Finding a job is not something you elect to do, mostly you do it because you have to work. You either do not have a job because of a layoff or separation, or, you are one of the 60% who are dissatisfied in your current role.

For many years, people came to us for advice and support when trying to find a new job. We thought there must be a better way to help these people through the process of finding a new job. And now there is.

SearchRight Career Advisors has created the Thrive Protocol, a unique blend of methodology and process that gives job seekers a distinct advantage over the competition. The result is a personal advertising tool designed to get you noticed. We captured the Thrive Protocol in our workbook entitled, Next Stop, Your New Job! This workbook is based on over 20 years as a hiring manager and includes a unique perspective on the hiring process.

We’re known for creating opportunities and delivering results. If you want to learn more, simply give us a call.
