He began his career in the technical communications field and quickly advanced into positions of greater responsibility in marketing communications, corporate communications and organizational development. His senior level experience has been with both United Technologies Corporation and with Aetna.

During his career, Rob has championed career development, organizational development and process improvement. He is a member of numerous trade organizations including the Society for Human Resource Management, the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches and is a lifelong resident of Connecticut.
